This pack contains an assortment of feathers, including peacock and quill, suitable for varied crafting needs.

Product Description

A diverse collection of feathers suitable for textile, modelling, and various craft projects.

These feathers are not only visually appealing but also serve as a tactile resource that supports sensory development and creative expression. Ideal for use in art and design projects, they help fulfil curriculum aims by allowing children to work with different textures and materials.

Incorporating these feathers into classroom activities can enhance engagement in art projects, promote exploration of materials, and support the development of fine motor skills. Their inclusion is beneficial in lessons that focus on the exploration and understanding of different materials, as outlined in the Design and Technology curriculum for Key Stage 1.

By using these feathers in educational settings, teachers can help raise the profile of art and design, encouraging a broader experience of materials and supporting increased participation in creative, hands-on learning.
